Rehearsal information

Unless stated, all rehearsals are on SUNDAY afternoons between 14:30 and 16:30 in St. Hilda’s Church, West Cliff, Whitby.

Parking is available at the rear of the church.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS

In such circumstances, a notice saying REHEARSAL CANCELLED DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER will appear on this page and also at the bottom of the Home page. The notice will be posted by 10am on the rehearsal day.

 The SHFC committee will keep abreast of government advice about public gatherings and inform you about when the next practice will take place.

Rehearsal information

Vocal scores
Depending on the pieces to be performed, you may be asked to purchase a score. Sometimes you will be able to borrow a library copy at a nominal cost, or a score may be free of charge. Information will be given prior to the first rehearsal.

Interval
For a small charge, hot drinks and refreshments are provided during the break. Where possible, choir members are asked to bring a cup or mug with them.
